We then partnered with key brokers to present the range to these retailers.
Product Development
We identified gaps in the market when it comes to plant-based snacking and narrowed down on the types of products that would make sense for the US market.
We worked with Uncle Saba’s team to refind the product offering and reformulate their range to make it fit with the needs of the retailer.
Contract Manufacturing
We focused specifically on retailer own-brand opportunities with retailers and made available several opportunities for Uncle Saba’s to be a contract manufacturer for these retailers.
Our entire focus was on making the brand and the manufacturer market ready for the US market.
